- If it was a mistake migrating to the US and seeing the outcome despite doing good economicallyy and in terms of education and that we were better off not migrating.
These kinds of thoughts make me reassess my presence in the US often. It is why I constantly plan on leaving America and delaying the inevitable.
I sometimes tell my white friends that all I need is 100k to live comfortably and start a new rewarding life outside the US.
I am one of those attached to my childhood and country that I am not happy in the end despite having material access, education and comfortable life.
