Proposal For New Road In Somaliland Without Somaliland region Consent

That road is actually part of the national development plan along with other roads in Sland. Why I'm against this project is because Sland is not in it. Not because it would help Gadabursi.

Actually Somaliland is in it but Muuse Bixi is not aware since he's touring Somali regions.
