The first PIS Agaasime was actually Maxamed Aadan Bidaar ( Omar mahmoud) but after he became NSS in 2004 it was handed over to his maternal relative Cismaan Cabdullaahi Maxamaed. During Abdullahi Yusuf's time he only allowed them to work in a intelligence role he didn't want any military working in PL that's wasn't under his command.
