For the time of preparation (4 months and 1 week), lost life's and attack from Hawd Puntland did not achieve the set objective.

If being at the back of the new chechpoint of Tukaraq is success to some then be it so but for long preparation to fall short of capturing Tukaraq is what I would not call huge success.

Funny how a member of Abdiwali Gaas's propaganda house found his way to Reuters.

The same guy whose radio station was closed due to interviewing a well known host of terrorists 'Atam' to sell his propaganda so the people come against the government who were fighting the terrorists in Galgala.

At the time they argued that interviewing the enemy of the State was part of their impartiality and democratic outlook.

Who would they interview next the leader of Al Shabaab, then who next Ayman Al Zawaahiri the leader of Al Qaeda which Al Shabaab falls under.

^Corrupt Abdiwali Gaas as usual was not in Puntland. He will make sure ti board a plane before the next round of conflict errupts.

Four months and one week of preparation, tons injured after launching surprise attack from Hawd while Somaliland was expecting an attack from Godqaboobe and tarmac road coming from Garoowe only to end up at the back of the new Tukaraq checkpoint while Somaliland is two kms at the other control of the town.

what a utter and total nonsense, no one will win this so called war between two Somali groups. I know it's sports to some people cheering from their air conditioned homes thousands of miles away but people are dying for imaginary borders. Nothing is more precious than peace. I hope the sane people from both sides call for an immediate end to the conflict and look for a peaceful solution.

Prior to the war Somaliland controlled all corners of Tukaraq, now, by your own admission, SL is driven out of the city and are stationed at the western entry of Tukaraq.

Talk about clutching on straws....

All of tukaraq is under somaliland control...both hctv and slntv reported from the town...

Furthermore they captured the entire road all the way to the initial station point of the Puntland militia...

- Punanis first said they took tukaraq they didn't

- then they said they took 9 weapons...still no pictures

- then they used a fake Reuters report from Las canod that confirmed only 2 somaliland soldiers died at the Las canod hospital and 43 dead Puntland militia were brought there

- now they claiming they are on the other side of tukaraq...saxib. Puntland militia is no where near tukaraq they are at a position literally outside garowe. Demoralised and defeated...

Their is no opposition they are currently working on scrambling some militia together to defend garowe but somaliland army from burco has already reached the front line...

These people are pathological liars...even on Ramadan...

I say raise Garowe to the ground and bring this to an end...

We have many of these but have not used them yet...why not...
