So, he says he was recruited in to terror groups in Hargaysa, Somaliland and was sent from there to Bosaso, Puntland. Somaliland has always been the home of terrorism recruiters and planners in the horn. They train them there and afterwards, ship them off to the rest of Somalia. Puntland needs to secure its borders.
