People living in Karkaar mainly live there because it is too hot to live in Bosaso, (except for Qardho). They migrate to respective tuulooyin once the summer season starts and school closes. That is the majority but now people have started to build houses in these tuulo and schools that people no longer go back to Bosaso except for certain occasions. Mainly certain groups return back to Bosaso for job purposes or schools while the other half remain in the tuulo.

They are majority in Ceerigaabo city and also in the countryside. Check out how densely
populated their strongholds are compared to yours (few deegaans) and then you are surprised
why you got only 1 MP? keep in mind deegaans like Hadaaftimo,Ceelbuh etc come under Badhan district on the ground so in theory you are half right that much of your deegaans don't vote in Ceerigaabo district cause they come under Badhan district. You chose it that way.
