Timajilic they are the same and President Deni used to be the CEO a lot of people have shares in the company and Puntlanders have many businesses in Djibouti especially Bari folks from Bosaso such as Ali Abdi Aware and President Deni.

Sxb my Djibouti-an cousin told me Waberi Group is owned Isse, I am not saying he don't have shares, but he is not the owner of Waberi Group.
 
Timajilic he used to be the top management and CEO they are one company Towfiiq General Trading Company and Waaberi group they have licence to sell Coast Powdered milk, Jumbo maraq digaag and Foster Clarks powdered drinks.

ETS Waberi Group is originally owned from Djibouti as Timajilic outlined but Towfiiq General Trading Co and African Horn are its partners respectively in Oman and Puntland President Deni was part of senior management and both are partners as Towfiiq operates in Puntland, Hargaysa, Mogadishu and Oman.
