I noticed Puntland has historical and newer alliances formed. We have a historical alliance with Oman due to history and trade(salalah port is where our dhows go to collect our trade items from Dubai). We have an alliance with Dubai where we do our shopping plus Dubai funds and arms our Puntland Marines. PL got a political and trade alliance with Saudi thru our livestock trade.
Our western alliance is America as a security partner as they fund and arm our PSF intelligence. We have the famous Punt-Jubi alliance in JL as a political alliance as the protectors of federation as Puntites negiotated away Kismaayo city to be run by Absame in return for many attractive bilateral deals. PL is wanting to shift from relying on 'Beletwayne farming produces' to DDSI farming produce thru our DDSI-Galdogob-Garacad Trade Corridor and in Return Garacad will serve as DDSI livestock export(relocating from Berbera) and also play a security role in DDSI as they will dock down their weaponry detail from Garacad.
Plus an Absame alliance is the strongest alliance out of all clans in Somalia as they have a stake in 3 nations and can serve as bridge between the region, we just need them to play their role in the region and be on-board with one regional alliance not 'multiple' like Dhulbahante does or else u suffer the consequences in your own land. Absame is on board with the western alliance-saudi-dubai and so are Kenya-Ethiopia. We are in strong local/regional/global super power alliance. PL always plays their cards to win in long-term not 'short term' gains. We have Bajuni Islands and Ku Dhaa as second homeland same with Kismaayo, we have mahri ismail in eastern yemen at mukallah port and salalah in oman and socotra. We have matured agreements with GM since 93 accords.
So it's obvious the spoiler or short term alliance clans in Somalia are simply wasting our time and stalling the nation, you need to hold your alliances and treaties for decades and more and develop a profile as reliable state partner which Puntland can prove, where-as other clans cannot hold an agreement for even a few months and that's why their clans always suffer losses in the long run.
PL/JL are the only ones who can manage the nation not 'musharixinta' which is short term alliance and they have no weight behind it, it will disappear in a few months kkkkkkkkkkk, that's why HAGS keep losing siyasada, they don't know about creating a regional profile of reliable state partner and showing 'proofs' of how you hold treaties-alliances and don't flip flop.
Puntland may indeed be very qabili but is that bad thing? when it's the qabili who have the most impressive track record in Somali politics.
PL has historical alliances(oman, eastern yemen, socotra), security alliance internationally with America and Dubai, trade partner alliances regionally in Dubai-DDSI, local political alliances that is now maturing since 2013 the punt-jubbi accords. PL have security treaties with GM that is never broken for 30 years.
So meeshu rabshada ka socoto ma puntland ba? if it is, please show me your clan track record and alliances. A region is super power based on how well his alliances are matured and holds. U ain't going to be powerful clan if u don't have alliances, but be stuck in a stalemate like the last 30 years of Somalia has been.
