Puntland has a state bank which is currently printing future Puntland currency. Puntland also successfully defeated ISIS in 6 months in Bari whereas the south is still rampant with Alshabaab for decades with no end in sight. The only state with self funded megaprojects like ports, airports etc. Why has Puntland been so successful compared to our Southern friends?
