Why is there an Ethiopian flag?

The banner below the flag reads that this is a cooperation between the Ethiopian Government and Puntland.

I don't think there is anything wrong with Puntland cooperating with Ethiopia on a scheme that is beneficial for Puntland.

Puntland Security Forces duties include planting and maintaining trees.
This project has been on-going for 8 years and is called "Guri iyo Geed".

Political Candidate donates 200 Trees to be planted in Garacad.

The first stage of the tree planting initiative in Puntland will be 1 Million trees, if this succeeds, the project will expand, Insha'Allah.
