We should be making Galkacyo a Military institution Hub of Puntland. It's a border town plus there is good testing projects down the road in baraxlay to trial our security innovations on. I suggest we make Galkacyo HQ for our military institutions and they all relocate over there not stay in Garowe because there is actual REAL work that needs to be done there. Their just lazying out in Garowe when Garowe or Bosaso don't really need the security. Secure Galkacyo and Secure SSC and you will see there is nothing going to happen in Bari or Nugaal because that's where the mess either comes from. Either Somaliland side thru galgala or galkacyo side thru baraxlay.

I totally agree about Galkacyo, if we secure it there and have a few truck scanning facilities to ensure they don't sneak anything on board those vehicles in terms of IED, grenades, weapons for their hide outs in the mountains of bari and have a huge military installation site and have the bulk of our military given to the omar maxamud down south and free up the coffers and let Garowe be safe.

I think we can do the same for Badhan because if we build that road into el dahir and erigavo that will link up to the national highway going into bosaso so we can travel to badhan niyahow now and just began making it a military town. Their economy can center around security like Galkacyo and gain jobs and ministry positions related to security over in their towns.

It increases job opportunities for the locals in galkacyo and badhan and ssc who won't feel Puntland isn't doing anything for them and at the same time answers our security need freeing up bosaso and garowe making it even more safe to do business and development. We must tell Bosaso and Garowe you take the development and business opportunities but you won't add the security portfolio when the security portfolio is more important in border towns who can gain jobs from it while contributing to our security strategy to ensure Bosaso and Galkacyo remain safe and open for business and development and political formations.
