Totally wrong, a city grows in population cause of infrastructure, that means you depopulate your rural areas like happened in the isaaq lands where they came together concentrated in two cities!!! but the cities that had no infrastructure doesn't mean they have no population or else ogadeniya wouldnt be 5 million and hasnt got one city that is large cause their ppl are mainly rural!!!

No, the one I am referring to was carried out by the UN. It showed that Puntland had a larger population, and a SL minister said that their nomads crossed the ethiopian border during the census and that's why their population seemed smaller.
