The concept of "ku qabso ka qadi meysid" needs to be dealt with. The Somali Interior minister needs to host a meeting with Galmudug and Puntland to resolve this issue once and for all. South Mudug for GM, North Mudug= Puntland.
Afterwards, we can share our resources and march together towards a strong and united federal Somalia.
Or, we can just revert to clan warfare and force people to eat sand and rocks because we don't trust each other.

The Galmudug constitution is a HG constitution just like Puntlands being a MJ constitution.
The problem HG is facing is an environmental challenge. If Galmudug fights the environment as much as they fight MJs, they would be first tribe to solve environmental issues in Somalia.
