Here he is signing signing off the port of Bosaso to infamous Paul Anthony Formosa also known as Ibraahim Al-Bosaasawi. Abdiwali Gaas was scared and there were riots on the streets of 1st November 2017 where lots of people died including a young boy.

Paul was rushed to the airport and flown to Dubai. He returned several weeks later. Said Nigeria then managed through skillful bribing to make it look like the protestesters were against the deal because it benefitted his subclan.

He started arresting and threating clan warfare with his loyal clan members anyone who tried to oust Paul making him a honourable member of the Waaciye subclan.

The mafiosi Paul suddenly became a man with a clan and therefore a man with protection.

That is why they call him Said 'The Enlightened One' as a tongue in cheek dig of his mafiosi like ways. He is the key holder to Bosaso and guarantor of Paul Formosa and P&O Ports presence in Bosaso!

With all the government positions available Said Mohamed Raage only is interested in the Ministry for Ports as he has connections to Iranians in Dubai who give him money in exchange for fishing permits.

Unlike the corrupt, inadequate, incompotent and Shabab releaser for cash Abdiwali Ali Mohamed Gaas the President of Puntland State, Said Mohamed Raage distributes his ill gotten money from the Iranians amongst people to get support, loyalty and buy support.

When he is looked over for a ministry position and finds himself unemployed in rainy London he sends some of the money to protestesters to pressure the government at that time to make him the minister of Ports.

He always succeeds because he makes the money go around and work and is not a hoarder of money. He is very old school corrupt politician but he shares the money with many.

Without Said Mohamed Raage Paul Anthony Formosa alias Ibraahim Al-Bosaasawi (who had to make his Facebook private because of death threats) P&O Ports would not be able to stay in Bosaso after Pauol was forced to flee for his life after violent clashes and protests against the port hand over to the UAE owned P&O Ports.

The funny thing is Said Mohamed Raage is in dispute with a Dubai based business woman called Safiyo Bassey who was instrumental with bringing P&O Ports to Bosaso who along other business people succeeded to make the deal possible.

The woman is very angry now because she was supposed to get $10000 for her work but Said Nigeria managed to persuade P&O Ports to stop that money and better put in use and increase his down payments as he is their sole guarantor.

That money is now what keeps Bosaso calm as elders are bribed and people silenced.

Safiyo Bassey and the origional people were shoved to the side by Said Nigeria who I said before is a skillful operator, she with her original team that made the deal possible are angry and have complained in Dubai against their mistreatment.

Said Mohamed Raage argues that her share of money lies with corrupt Abdiwali Ali Mohamed Gaas who pocketed millions $15 millions exactly.

The guy sold off Puntland's lifeline to the Emiratis for that money. Similiarly Ahmed Siilaanyo former Somaliland President sold for the exact money the Berbera Port to DP World.

Safiyo Bassey was on $10000 before Said Mohamed Raage put a stop to her payments.
