it's not about muh qabil, lets be real this is a failed union, somaliland should be given independence.
what is ur qabiil?

I'm not from the somaliland, if thats what you're asking.what is ur qabiil?

I will always have somaliweyne at the back of my heart, but lets stop pretending we are a failed union, literally the world classified us as a failed state (anarchy) for 26 years. We've got nothing going, no state institutions, security etc,. The "president" of Somalia doesn't even control xamar. Why holdback somaliland? That's a bitter move to deny independence just cuz.Failed union? Sxb sxb, it is far far from a failed union. It needs improvement of course, but it's not a failure.
SL should never ever be given independence. Only brain dead people suffering from "Muh Qabiil" Syndrome suffer say these things.

Sxb in terms of qabil, Im closer to you than somaliland, and trust me I'm not a qabiliste, low iq somalia's are in perpetual ooga booga becuz of qabil, it's just that i'm starting to lose hope in this forced union, somaliland people were patriots back in the day, unlike Djibouti they decided to form a union with us(Italian somaliland), keep in my mind they were an independent nation for a brief time. They even participated in the '77 war heavily. How do they get treated? pretty much they were politically isolated and later even bombarded, you cant force things bro, unless a majority of people from somaliland willingly want to join us, no need to force them.Sxb you must not hold back your Somaliweyn, because if you do, the qabyaalad parasite shall infect the brain and you will suffer "Muh Qabiil" Syndrome. Many people have contracted the disease by this way.
What's with the pessimism? You must always be optimistic and pray to Allah that everything will go our way. If we were a failed union then secessionist movements would've already happened in every federal state.
It is not bitter because it's an illegal secession. They are the bitter ones because "Muh Qabiil" Syndrome has made them believe that they are people want independence because so and so happened to our Qabiil. It's a load of nonsense.
it wasn't the people of xamar, but MSB, Im sure if their was a legally elected president things like 88 wouldn't happen. We left the union Legally after you destroyed our towns and hurt our people.
It is failed , biggest failure of all time honey wake up.
Xamar's greed for power has been holding us back for decades , absolute scum.

You have many logical flaws in your argument, you're forcing them to have reconciliation. What if they don't wanna have reconciliation and are done with us? But yes you're right unity is our best hope, Ethiopia remains and will forever be our number one enemy.Sxb it's nice to know that you don't suffer from "Muh Qabiil" Syndrome, but you supporting SL illegal secession and saying things like "forced union" is a HUGE risk factor. You need to stop before it's too late or you'll become a brain dead ideologically poisoned doqon like @draco malfoy. I'm just looking out for you brother.
No, Djibouti did want to unite with Somalia however their referendum was rigged by the French. That is a fact.
Yes I know how much Waqooyi has suffered, there is no doubt about that. But secession is not and will NEVER be the way forward. It will lead to further hatred. The way forward is unity via a huge clan reconciliation conference involving every single Qabiil and we shall reconcile and become brothers again.
SL never in their entire history have they become independent. Those 5 days in 1960 was just part of schedule. That is a fact.
No need to force them? You are right no need to force. Only consultation and clan reconciliation will make them see the error of their ways.
Bro at least you can accept the reality how it is. @MerchantOfMogadishu can not ,dont waste time with him on somaliland. You have many logically flaws in your argument, you're forcing them to have reconciliation. What if they don't wanna have reconciliation and are done with us? But yes you're right unity is our best hope, Ethiopia remains and will forever be our number one enemy.
Who do you speak for? You don’t speak for the south of Somalia I’m from jubaland there’s many Majeerteen from kismayo so keep you envy to yourself we don’t have nothing but love for Puntland. Then just leave us, go declare independent i'm sure so called ''guest'' farmaajo will happily oblige, a severed cancerous limb is in everyones interest!

Logical flaws? What flaws?
I'm not forcing them to do anything. Are they being forced to partake in the upcoming discussions in November? They want to talk and if they refuse then we'll just close the border and completely isolate them. We will never recognise them, the world will never recognise them because they don't want instability in the Horn. They'll be economically, socially and politically isolated from the world. But that's not going to happen they DO want to talk.
Sxb just let go of this, Somaliland can never exist as a sovereign nation, in anyway, shape or form.
There will be no talks, there will also be a border wall and Somaliland is going to join Amisom
Some Somalis can be governed and some Somalis must be ruled
Yes the Constitution needs to be sorted out as quickly as possible. And once it's complete then it will be official. The SFG will be above Puntland. It has to be. That's like the government of Washington being above Texas. It just makes sense. You can still do autonomy, however major major things like foreign policy and military will have to be passed onto the SFG.
But for now you can bask in the heat of your freedoms.
Be clear. Who needs to be governed and who needs to be ruled? And what's the difference between the two in your eyes?
I am trying to be super rational with you, but you seem to be debating from your expectations rather than what has been agreed upon ( which is nothing). Puntland has a constitution and it is very clear what how they stand in the current situation.
Read the Constitution. The minister was referring to the famous article 3 of the Puntland Constitution
Article 3 SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT
1. Puntland State is part of Somalia; it is her duty to contribute to the establishment and protect a Somali Government based on the Federal System.
2. The powers that Puntland State shall cede to the Federal Government of Somalia and the rights that will be preserved shall be determined through negotiation.
3. Pending the completion of the Federal Constitution approved by a popular referendum, Puntland State shall have the status of an independent State.
Is this unreasonable?
Basically we'll wait for the national constitution to be completed, then we'll see how far your autonomy can go.
Instead of panicking about Puntland and what it's upto, you should worry about the new batch of your AMISOM guardian force, that's headed to your city and region.
