Why don't you read the Federal Government of Somalia constitution in how to form new federal state.

It is two or more gobols from 91.

True, if they're not starting negotiations right now, limiting engagement with FGS and focusing on internal affairs isn't a good idea, especially when IMF demands that FGS & FMS should cooperate and finalize agreements on satisfying many conditions that are prerequisite to debt relief.

I hear that same argument time and again; in a Xamar restaurant recently, someone made that same argument, and when I asked 'what', he said the money from Xamar which goes to PL. I further enquired, and he said PL gets millions of dollars from Xamar port. Imagine that. Who whispers these fallacies to these people?
