This is very shameful, it's not just puntland that celebrates this awful event. Somaliland used to celebrate it every year, I think they still do, haven't been keeping up with SL politics lately.

Mogadishu has a UN rep but why does PL ? Ethiopia is a fed state there's no UN rep in Somali region heck in somaliland refused UN rep and office back when Nicholas Kay was in xamar. Somalia only exists on paper
