Spot on, those are actually civilian transport planes with no dedicated hard points for armaments. They don't seem to even have any electro-optic sensors or radars for basic recon. Seems to be the old school method of binoculars when in the air method. This isn't too bad, but obivously won't do much against those who have basic camouflage.Those are coastal surveillance planes or recon planes no less. They are not armed nor capable of caring an out attack.
I'm mean common, the report said there were attacks carried by armed planes; drone or perhaps military heli. And you posted a picture of couple of surveillance ones
