Why is it PL receives less then SL in foreign donors? I want to know what is the point of supporting the Federal government if we don't get any access to foreign donors? All the turks are invested in Mogadishu not a single one comes to Puntland. The guys we do support Dubai/Saudi never conduct projects in Puntland or provide any support in terms of donors. We need to be blasting the Saudis/Dubai folks for this.
