Remove them completely and never allow them back for any reason. Then set up a new system to reject or accept skill works. We should only have temp cover for people we need and when it expires, the cops come knocking to send them back.

This should have a limit on how many we allow and should be for upper-skilled workers. It shouldn't be for anyone from other parts of Somalia until our state is stronger and has more control over the land. The current attacks from ISIS showed we are far away from allowing other Somalis in. We have to be honest and notice the patterns. We need to put a hold on all Southerners from coming to PL for now. They need to fix their states and lands. Hopefully, they can see the success of PL and start to actual questions and request more from their leaders or take fucking action. It should be embarrassing to ask deni for free housing and jobs when you're not from PL.

This should only apply for jobs we don't have the skills currently for, while we set up schools and trade to train our own to take over. Something like an apprenticeship would be great for the young kids.

Not to be fucking shop keeps and other nonsense. People in PL must get back to farming the land, building works, construction, and opening shops. These economic activities should only be done by PL..
