Rich Arab countries are smart, they make you register your mobile number and internet router to your fingerprint. Without this you cannot browse the internet or use your mobile phone.

Do you know how much harder it would be for Somali criminals and terrorists to operate if this was implemented? If there was also a robust intelligence network that cracked down on black market mobile/internet providers.

I'd go a step further and make people register their bank account, mobile phone, internet to their fingerprint/ID card. This means that if they try anything shady, it's all linked.
If people are happy to give snapchat their facial data, surely they can give it up for their Nation's Security.

Freedom is an illusion at this point, a simple application on your phone listens in on you all day long, your fingerprints are already in a database somewhere, your iris and face has been scanned by an app like snapchat that hides under 'cute' filters to achieve this purpose.

I think Somalia needs certain security measures to undo the state it is in right now. We literally have countless Oromo invaders coming in everyday, random Madows from all over Africa, Cadaans and Asians with all sorts of agendas. In addition to this, Somalis themselves who are violent and uncontrollable.
