20mw is huge. you cant compare average electricity usage in the west vs Somalia. For example up until 2017. Hargeisa only had a 11MW capacity and if you have ever lived in Hargeisa you would know the power never goes out (even with the AC blasting in the summer). So 20MW is very impressive.
