Can someone explain this???

How are Arabs J if their language originated from Africa and their DNA from the Caucasus, did the J's rape the AA and learn their language or....@South Cushitic
It came from Basque-like people (pre-Indo-European) who migrated from Italy via Sicily into Lake Chad.
Eurocentrists try to claim Afro-Asiatic is European because of the high R1b in Chadics, but this is false. Those R1b guys culturally appropriated an AA dialect.
Also, most Chadics are autosomally extremely Sub-Saharan (in the +95% range). They aren't racially mixed despite what the y-lineage may say.

OK, that makes sense. So people like the Toubou Gouran, are they of the same extraction as other Afro-Asiatics like Somalis and Berbers (genetically)? Or were the Chadic languages adopted by them (presuming they are from an Indo-European migration).

That's really all that there is to it. Those Proto-Basques must have been treated by the locals the same way Native Indians saw Spaniards as Gods when they first came. Some horny europeans decided to come down to Chad and bust the fattest nuts in madoow siil.
Nothing more to it.
You do know languages don't have to correlate with haplogroups exactly. The Natufians most likely had a mix of Y haplogroups E1b1b, J1/2 and T-M70.
But you're probably right about the Chadic people. R1b is far too random.
Btw, why would they be descendants of pre-indo-europeans when R haplogroup is associated with the Indo-European migration from the Black Sea area?
