In high school, I was part of a group of 10 girls. Most of them seemed fine and nice, but one of them turned out to be like Satan in disguise . She was racist behind my back and constantly talked negatively about me to the others. Mind you, she was (and still is) built like a man, so I wasn’t too bothered by her opinions. What really upset me was that the other girls, who were white, never stood up for me when she talked trash. Eventually, I realized they weren’t any better than she was.
After high school, I cut ties with almost all of them. The last I heard, the racist girl wasn’t doing well—she’s out of shape, unemployed, and still talking about me. Jealous people are everywhere, I guess.
