This must be an American thing because i never heard of people in the uk having a rat infestation problem.

You also have a cockroach problem in America too.

UK is infamous for their rat problems. I feel like it’s mostly common in places that are ghetto, though.

But it slowly depends on the area and the places and how clean the place are.

Community should take responsibility for their mess.
