That's why you need to incentivise national pride, for that, you need a strong economy, and a fair and just system that nurtures talent within the federal government, eventually, the clan system will be a legacy system that helped stabilise the foundation of the country.

We need strong leaders, sadly I don't see any atm, anyone who tries to make changes is either killed or pushed aside due to clan squabbles, I don't see anything changing unless something like Ethiopia invades us.

If Somalis are averse from Presidents- they can make one man a king and his family the royal family just as the British did it. The confining of power in one family-generation after generation can bring stability. Then thru the king he can sell aristocratic titles based on if u own a large land and are an employer. Or helped the Country is a stand out way. Then u can have a parliament- upper aristocrats as Senators- and the working man who is upcomin in the lower Parliament house of congress.


Or u can skip all that- and opt to modern day president and elections which they have now but is full of crap and corruptions
