The British are so obnoxious and slowdown the political integration project. If the English want to be a little Russia or mini-Turkey - former empires suffering from debilitating withdrawal symptoms - why not let them?

Once they leave the EU, the rest of Europe should advocate stripping the UK from its UN Security Council seat as they no longer are a major power and don't have Europe's interests. India should get their UN Security Council seat.

Under the condition that Scotland votes majority 'Remain', but the UK on the whole goes for 'Leave' then Scotland can trigger a second Independence Referendum. The First Minister of Scotland said this not too long ago.
