Yes, I believe they're doing qabil discrimination. If my qabil was on power depends on the person who is representing the qabil, it could be qabiliste corrupt individual or someone who values justice. I believe justice would've been served and the killer would've faced justice.
when Hassan sheikh maxamed was the president, many HG teens were killed, HG didn't pick up guns and Said you can't kill our teens blah blah blah, they let the teens face justice because it was the right thing but right now HG feels clan discrimination and they don't want the killer of the minister to get killed because of a clan discrimination.
But think of this. If anyone kills a minister in the US or UK they would instantly be penalised to the maximum of the law. Somali law includes the death penalty which he now faces. He did kill him after all.

I agree he should equally face charges and be penalised to the maximum. They are wrong in that aspect. But that doesn't necessarily reduce the charges of Siraji's killer. They are both equally guilty the way I see it.What about the head of a court?

Okay, lets say you were HG. a guy from the PM clan kills the head of the supreme court of Somalia then he gets caught then he openly admits he killed the head of the supreme court, he does not claim it was by accident but he claims "Sheydaan made me do it" means in other words kibir baan u dilay then he faces no charges and the government says nothing about it for 5 months.
then Someone in your clan kills a minister, he claims it was by accident and he thought it was alshabab suicide bomber, then government puts him on a court and sentences him to death, the government does everything to stop the two families meeting and promises the family of the victim, the killer will face the death penalty. then the family of the killer of the head of the supreme court gets exposed for hiding the killer then after less than a week the family of the killer pays the family of the victim even though the family of the victim openly says we don't want money we just want the killer to face justice but they shut them up with 90k.
