The national govern is not in control but is in the process of consolidating multiple clans and contrary interests and unlike SL it includes every major tribe as part of its government and together with state government they exert control over the terrority. Somalia is not lawless, it is just not well-regulated

The civil war was started because of accusations of control was excised from one qabil, it would be irony if SL who led the war were to use that model. Or don't you catch the irony? Furthermore that is not true, smaller clans have been suppressed, especially the ones who express desire for unity

Even Djibuouti wanted to join the Somali union but were denied because of French interference. Read up on your history, they never demanded ictiraaf, and that still hold true today


I've been to Somalia five separate times. My family owns houses in three different regions and two of the major capitals. Jubbaland with its lush forrest was the prettiest
