As for the taxes. That just income tax. The US has no federal sales tax. While Canada does. That makes a huge difference. Also US taxes have far more loopholes and exemptions. The US tax code is retarded complex.

There are no loopholes otherwise many massive companies wouldn't become subsidiaries of brand new parent companies they created out of thin air and then headquarter that brand new parent company in foreign countries to avoid higher taxes. Burger King did this for example. I believe Burger King is "headquartered" in Florida but its parent company that was created solely for avoiding higher corporate taxes is headquartered in your very city.

Why would working class whites not like a flat tax of 10-15%? They will think about their own pockets first before worrying if rich people are "paying their fair share". If they are making $40K or something a year, their tax burden will decrease more than 50% according to the chart I provided.

When Sr. came back a second time he was PM for 4 more years under a majority government. After being PM for a previous 11. He was only out for like 9 months. If they were sick of him why did they give him a majority?

As for King, it's irrelevant why he won, just that he did. It still proves my point that if the Canadian people still want you, they'll keep you in for long periods of time. They don't vote for change just for the sake of it. Unless you don't consider Quebecois Canadians.

What might occur is you might have to pay for any outstanding taxes that were not paid on the property while they were alive and you're responsible for paying taxes on it while you own it (obviously) and you continue to own it but there is no tax to inherit it.
