You only get criminal record for convictions under Criminal Code of Canada. Please learn about the Canadian penal code.
Traffic infractions are governed by provincial laws, so being convicted of traffic violation would not result in one having a criminal record. But traffic infractions do show up during background investigations.

@BigGus his name is Mohamed Islam. I know him. Nickname is Valentino. He tried to change his name to Valentino but his parents objected. Hes not even close to the Somali community. He had a white fiancée at one point.
