A conventional war is being fought, for a nuclear war to happen it would have to take either the US or Russia to make the first nuclear strike and then the other side retaliates for it. Which isn't going to happen because of MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction).

Russia will loose the conventional war they are no match for western made modern advance weapons.. us the war goes on ukraine will be armed with western made weapons and their armed force will be trained western Infantry tactics… 2014 ukraine armed force and 2023 ukraine armed force are way different 2023 ukraine is way more powerful with more manpower and equipped with modern western weapons…. Not really the majority of this 2 oblast are ethnically ukrainin who is speak the Russian language due to Russia domanating this region for over 200 years also remember the ukraine land was divided and conquered by three imperialism empire, Russia empire,Austria Hungary empire and polish-lithuanian commonwealth, the ukraine territorial integrity of today was created by Vladimir Lenin Bolsheviks communists and after the collapse of the Soviet Union former socialist republic declared independent from Soviet union, dictator putler want to conquer ukraine Intergrate them into Russia he want to be the new Peter the great of Russia empire the house of Romanov descendent ruled Russia with iron fist for 300 years
