So.....Putin has now deactivated START. Meaning now Russia's nukes can reach the US within 30 minutes.
So we heading to Nuclear war soon arent we??
If the US supplies f-16s to Ukraine maybe.
No sxb, nuclear war is not even a consideration at the moment. A conventional war is being fought, for a nuclear war to happen it would have to take either the US or Russia to make the first nuclear strike and then the other side retaliates for it. Which isn't going to happen because of MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction).
The US is struggling to supply regular ammunition and other ordinary weapons, forget about F-16s that require pilots that have a minimum training of 2 years. The Ukrainians can't afford fighting another 2 yrs. In any case, I don't believe it will make much of a difference because the Russians have the initiative at the moment in manpower, artillery and more weapons (tanks, anti-aircraft weapons, guns etc.) coming in everyday.
