Your looks are not going to pay your bills, Your job application resume or friendship/marriage credentials is not going to factor in what you look like to judge if your suitable husband/father, friend or employee.

At the day of judgement , God is not going to ask you about your looks. It's not really that important. In Islam you are judged by your deeds and piety.
