Very big development for the construction of the road up to Badhan. The plant will make enough asphalt to pave about 600m everyday. Tremendous development for Bari and Sanaag as the asphalt made in Ceel Dahir can be used in Bosaso and other towns in the region.

The equipment came from Oman and arrived in Bosaso. I believe its owned by the government.

i love it. i hav always said we should focus on sanaag more than sool. sanaag is worth more too us than sool. its way more fertile and has a long coastline plus offshore oil. we need to add more military bases there. pmpf already has a base in almadow sanaag.
