@Diablos in not an Islamic issue, it's a cultural one that stems from gulf arabs barbaric pre Islamic culture. I'm not speaking on western propaganda which you are right, they are completely insincere and want to pit Muslims against each other any way they can. I have personal stories that I would rather not share but trust me if you heard them you'd realise how bad this decision was by the SFG.

Take for example the Rashaida who terrorize the Muslims and Christians in Eritrea, they steal and torture and are known bandits. Same with yemen and everywhere in the gulf, there are hundreds of stories of similar things. Each culture has its good and bad but if you are of the lower echelon in the gulf you will be treated like a subhuman whereas if you work there as a doctor or any other professional job you will be treated as royalty.

Just like somalis have unislamic cultural practices so do the gulf arabs.

Not all gulf Arabs are perfect. I never said that. There are the good and the bad. The families of the sisters should do a thorough investigation of the family she is staying with and keep a close eye on her. Perhaps she has relatives in the area who can check up on her. There are a lot of well off Somalis living in the country so this isn't out of the question. With a righteous and pious family, this could actually be a blessing as the sister helps lifts her family back home out of poverty and enjoys living in the holy land. My problem is with these Somali nationalists and extremists who want to get everyone to hate Arabs as they do and use the lies spread by western agents to further their agenda. I don't know how widespread this abuse is and I am willing to see objective evidence on this matter. My experience along with those of my families living there with Saudis has been completely different. Nothing but kindness and hospitality. What the Arabs have classically been known for throughout the ages.

Who said they will be strangers?? It will be apart of the due diligence of the family to acquaint the employer family with the Somali relatives living there. And have you never heard of a thing called a cellphone?? Its a fantastic device. You should get one.
