Imagine you are a President and your counsel of ministers are in your presidential chamber for a meeting and some dirty sand proposes you should send him 50.000 female workers, wouldn't that indicate he doesnt respect you whatsoever.
We harbored an Indonesian maid once, her employer took her passport and civil id. made her work like a slave, his kids would hit her and throw inappropriate slurs at her. She's back in Indonesia now, it's even worst in Saudi Arabia I heard that women get raped over there.

In saudi they'll take your passport if you are going there to work. This opens all types of abuse by you employer because they keep your passport. I dont honestly believe hassan has it in him to at the very on paper, to stipulate, shall abuse occur saudi authorities should let somali gov know about the person in question and provide help needed. Just like all respectable governments do, all you gotta do is ring your embassy and they will help you out, whether its a ticket home or legal aid in that country. If I was a somali leader and a saudi asked me if I could provide 50k somali maids, I would break diplomatic protocol, flip the table over and break his jaw.
