Most of usc killing was done in shabeel and Mogadishu
Usc wasn't as successful in the jubbas as they were in lower shabeel all the darood killing happened in afgoye,Mogadishu, in the first wave:manny:

Exactly, I am old enough to remember a time when warlords held the country hostage and they had to be bribed to form a government. They were so powerful, they could order the assassination of any government official with just a simple command. Now most are gone, the few remaining ones will eventually go away.

We just gotta continue supporting the current government and the ones to come too inshallah :)

Agreed. But also the culture that gave rise to the warlords does exist. Clan priorities and clan bigotry that forced Somalis to side with their clans and with their worse men out of convenience, out of learned hatred or fear.

On this very website, people are still obsessed with the same bigotry. Somalis are a long way away from being a good society that is fair and Islamic in the honest sense. Just read the forum and the politics section and you can see how the culture of bigotry is still alive propagated by people who pretend to be highly moral.

You can count on Allah to being just and Somalis WILL ALWAYS REAP WHAT THEY SOW. No exceptions. That is some comfort.

Ahhhh the warlord blaming, surface level analysis basically what 'meets' their eyes not looking into the 'environment' or 'causes' preceding it!!!

Wise message.

They think rebel groups inay cirka ka soo degteen like their wasn't a huge 'qabyalad' environment to begin with, huge distrust since the 60s, if that wasn't there, how would they even bring something like warlordism or tribal factions if this wasn't breeding strongly in the environment? I say fix wat caused that environment not focus on the damn 'after-effect'.
