80%+ Somali bantus are subsistence farmers.

That demographic tends to have the highest fertility rate.

Just confiscate their farm lands that they are occupying without land titles.

Give them enough time to vacate the land so they don't starve.

Since there aren't any job opportunities in the urban centres, they'll be forced to emigrate.

The few left are skilled workers living in cities or IDP's we could move to other African countries who would love the money from the West to host them.

This is the simplest most realistic solution imo.

You'd have to confiscate everyone's land in the state as well but the Somali farmers would be able to purchase their lands back again through other means.

Just a single legislation and you remove more than half and most of those more likely to have 12 kids.

Alternatively, we could just let them be since it's likely they won't pass 10% of the population.

They could be helpful when it comes to trading with the rest of Africa who already see us as outsiders.
