Afghanistan under the secular government was a shithole and corrupt. The Taliban, even with 1000 times more sanctions, are doing better since they are utilizing their resources. Just because someone lives in the West doesn’t mean you have to impose their values.

No it's hypocrisy. No somali ran to Afghanistan after the civil war. They all went to America and europe. And they're not utilising resources, they've just shut out half their population from the workforce. And countries that fail women are due to fail.
