It did. However, that wasn't my impetus for trying out a 'fad diet'. I find that term inappropriate since it's more of a lifestyle change. I tried it because I have an autoimmune condition. I am happy to report I haven't had any problems to-date. Would you like to know more?

I'm fish & chips Somali and I can speak better Somali than them. All Somalis including my family believe I cannot speak, I only understand. My accent throws them off, so they tell me to STFU and laugh. I'm smarter, quicker and quiet frankly funnier than the lot of them. Ok maybe not smarter, I have 2 doctor's in my family.
