I did my own googling and came across this article which states that the secret child was with her secret husband. She hasn't confirmed that this child exists. But there are rumors about who the daughter is.

I was watching a video of Stephen Colbert interviewing Anderson Cooper on his YouTube channel a while ago and I realized Anderson's mother (Gloria Vanderbilt, the jeans designer) was in her early 50s when she had him. He showed a recent photo of his mother in her early 90s and she doesn't look anywhere near it. Damn, that is crazy! If you have money then life can be quite forgiving, I guess.
