They’re deranged pick mes, whose sense of self worth comes from competing with each other. Strong female friendships is a threat to extreme patriarchal societies, hence why girls are raised with the idea of another women being her ‘cadow’ and in even more misogynistic cultures like South Asians, they’re not even allowed to have friendships outside of family.
