Even at the same height people look different due to body proportions.
Differing head size/shape, neck length, limb and leg length along with torso size/width.

You can be 6'4 and have the same wingspan as a guy that's 6'0 or even 5'10 lol.

By the way, women like men with slightly longer legs to their torso in terms of proportionality.
