Quickly skimmed through this. Short answer is no, you shouldn't marry her. You clearly don't like her but you instead feel sorry for her. She shouldn't have left her house at 8PM. Why would her friend ask a guy to go to her friend's house to call her? This indicates that her friend and the guy were at the suuq together, so why didn't her friend go to call her instead? It doesn't make sense. She shouldn't have fallen for this trap. Who goes to the suuq @ 8PM in Somalia anyway?
