Should promiscuous Somali girls be given a second chance by Somali males?

Second chance as in they were cheaters? Or having a bad reputation before marriage. I don't think that anything to feel sorry, that's just on oneself. You might mean second chance as in can a guy still be interested in her? I'd say no. I wouldn't want to engage with a promiscuous person. And I've seen Somali men that I know who have struggled with this.

A promiscuous female deserves a man like her.
Allah says, "Let no man guilty of adultery or fornication marry and but a woman similarly guilty, or an Unbeliever: nor let any but such a man or an Unbeliever marry such a woman: to the Believers such a thing is forbidden"(surah An-nuur verse 3).

Zina is reprehensible, in particular adultery. This is becoming more and more common now. It's one of the signs of Yowmul Qiyamah.
Lets also not be too arrogant it's only by the Grace of Allah SWT that we didn't fall into that sin. None of us are sinless. We sin in different ways. I only recently found out that breaking a promise is considered to be a sign of a hypocrite. How many of us do that without sparing a second thought?
“Say: O ‘Ibaadi (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allaah, verily, Allaah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft‑Forgiving, Most Merciful”
[al-Zumar 39:53]
“And those who invoke not any other ilaah (god) along with Allaah, nor kill such person as Allaah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse -- and whoever does this shall receive the punishment.
69. The torment will be doubled to him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein in disgrace;
70. Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds; for those, Allaah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allaah is Oft‑Forgiving, Most Merciful”
[al-Furqaan 25:68-70]
If they sincerely repent Allah will change their sins into good deeds. SubhanAllah.
They should be far more worried about getting correct with their Lord than whether a Somali guy/girl will accept them.

The worst is the one that acts religious . Knowing that the whole town ran Marathon on her and she has the nerve to tell you this is my first time or I love you marry me .
This is why sex should be between husband and wife alone because it's not just a physical connection. It's more than that but when people reduce it to just the physical they make it dirty. Women have more to lose by engaging in zina because they tend to get emotionally attached. This is why I encourage youth marriages but with the support and involvement of both parents. I wish our community addressed this issue more but we just sweep it under the carpet like most things.

I've seen this happen sadly.
This is why istikharah comes in handy. Many people don't utilise it.
