I'm just hopeful they're willing to invite or allow darood in , if the federal capital is moved to somewhere in somaliland

Also educated population that could possibly put in more checks and balances and can help bring more transparency

That would make sense if Somaliland was not openly secessionist. The whole moving the capital idea is silly. You can't ignore a dirty room hoping it will magically clean itself up. It's entirely up to the occupied to free themselves. The day they feel like making sacrifices in bitter combat is the day they will be free. What's sad is that we will never think like a country again because everyone has their clan domain and doesn't give a f*ck about the next Somali's situation. That is the toxic fruit of civil war and tribalism.

I think a campaign can be made just due to the situation is being unreasonable

Also eats into the government budget having so much foreign miltary aid so many downstream problems

But I know SL could have its own problems
