Siilanyo has shaken up things and development of the country has improved but he hasn't dealt with corruption and he delayed the elections so he is a mixed bag.

But unfortunately qabiil is still the biggest issue Somaliland faces and some regions get more then others, for example hargeisa gets more development then all other regions combined and that isn't acceptable, tax collected from Berbera port isn't even seen by reer Berber. I would like to see the seat of government changed to somewhere else to be honest even tho I am reer hargeisa, i firmly believe that big cities that can take care of themselves should never be capitals because it leads to a concentration of wealth and power in that pocket of the country. Look at the USA where the biggest and economically important cities aren't the capital now compare it to the UK where everything is concentrated in london. I would like the capital to move to borama or burco.
