Siad Barre's bad qualities might outweigh his minor accomplishments but those little wins are definitely worth repeating.

Look if Siyad Barre was Isaac I would love him regardless. I guess it is the reason why I don't get mad when darods brace him. But alas I'm a Somali and qabiil is my religion. I'm HJ and so far as i'm concerned Siilanyo is the greatest president who has I ever lived. Siyad barre is a dead qanis and Silanyo had outlived him. And for a Somali that is all that matters indeed. The isaaq nation has prevailed and that is all that matters.
