He was jailed in Hargeisa for 10 years, he was tried in court more than 3 times and never once found guilty of murder. Somaliland just wanted to feud between Farrah Hagar and Baharsame to end so they listened to the more friendly Baharsame who are pro SL and executed the kid.

Baharsame never once showed proof of the murder, while his clan of the Farrah Hagar (Isma’il Cigaal) was compliant and fully willing to pay the mag but baharsame kept refusing.
